These Website Terms of Use (the Terms) apply when you access or use Ochno’s public website at www.ochno.com and its public pages (the Website).
The Website is provided by Ochno AB (Ochno, we, us or our).
These Terms apply only to the public Website. They do not govern a purchase of Ochno products, an authenticated platform or account, a paid licence or subscription, or a service Ochno provides on behalf of a business customer. Any such use is governed by the applicable separate agreement. If that agreement conflicts with these Terms, it governs the relevant product or service. These Terms do not remove rights that applicable law gives you.
Website information
The Website provides general information about Ochno, its products and its services. We take reasonable care when preparing that information, but the Website may not always be complete, accurate or up to date. Product features, specifications, availability and descriptions may change.
Website information is not a binding offer, product specification, professional advice or substitute for product documentation or an agreement with Ochno. A purchase or service commitment is made only under the applicable order and agreement.
Acceptable use

These exclusions apply regardless of the legal basis of a claim, including contract, tort or negligence, and whether or not Ochno was advised that the loss was possible.
Changes to the Website or these Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect changes to the Website or applicable requirements. The current version will be published on this page with its effective date. An update applies from that date and does not apply retroactively to an event that occurred before it. Changes to a separate product or service agreement follow the change process stated in that agreement.
Applicable law
These Terms are governed by Swedish law, subject to any mandatory law that applies to you. If you are a consumer, this choice does not deprive you of protection that cannot be removed by agreement under the law that would otherwise apply to you.
